Information Provided Directly by Children

We collect information children provide directly to us. To enable children to create an account, we collect a display name, password, and avatar selection. To enable us to obtain parental consent, as necessary under COPPA, we will also collect the child’s name and date of birth (which we do not store) and their parent’s name and email address. We may also collect information from children if they request help, send us feedback, or otherwise communicate with us, which may include personal information, such as the child’s name, email, and any personal information that the child may include in such communication.

Information We Collect Automatically from Children’s Use of our Services

When children access or use our Services, we automatically collect the following information:

Game Data: When children access or use our Services, we collect information about their use, including details about what games they play and build, pages they view, the dates and times they access our Services, and their game progress and performance.

Log Information: Log information is automatically collected when children use the Services, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, and the page visited before navigating to our Services.

Device Information: Information about the computer or mobile device children use to access our Services is automatically collected, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers and mobile network information.

For example, if children download Terminal Two games or register an account with their parents permission on www.terminaltwo.com, we may share information about them, such as their parent’s email, display name, and log-in information with PlayFab Inc. (“PlayFab”) and Firebase Inc., which provides backend infrastructure for games offered on this site.
