This Children’s Privacy Policy explains the privacy practices of MMCA, Inc. d/b/a/ Endless ("Endless" or “we”) with respect to information collected from children under the age of 13 (“Children” or individually a “Child”) and provides certain additional information as required under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). Endless permits children under the age of 13 to create accounts and participate in the gaming platform and certain other online products and services we offer on www.terminaltwo.com (collectively, the “Services”), subject to our compliance with the parental consent and other requirements under COPPA. We collect information children provide directly to us. To enable children to create an account, we collect a display name, password, and avatar selection. To enable us to obtain parental consent, as necessary under COPPA, we will also collect the child’s name and date of birth (which we do not store) and their parent’s name and email address. We may also collect information from children if they request help, send us feedback, or otherwise communicate with us, which may include personal information, such as the child’s name, email, and any personal information that the child may include in such communication.

Game Data: When children access or use our Services, we collect information about their use, including details about what games they play and build, pages they view, the dates and times they access our Services, and their game progress and performance.
